Guidelines for authors' presentations

Autor guidelines for thematic sessions

In order to ensure that the sessions run smoothly, we kindly ask you to follow these guidelines for oral presentations.

Each presentation scheduled in a thematic session (or track) will be allocated a 20-minute slot, divided as follows:

- 10 minutes for the presentation with visual aids

- 10 minutes for questions and answers with session participants.

The sessions will be moderated by the track leaders, who will introduce the presentations, ensure that the time allocated is respected, and moderate discussions with the audience during the question-and-answer session.

Please arrive a little early for your sessions to test the projection equipment with your computers.

The organizers will be available in the conference hallways to assist you with any problems.

Autor guidelines for doctoral consortium

Doctoral students participating in the conference's doctoral consortium must follow these guidelines:

10-minute thesis pitch, with or without presentation materials, concluding with questions/challenges on which the doctoral student would like to receive feedback

peer review: each doctoral student will discuss a presentation by another doctoral student, as assigned by the organizers
